Bosse Title Company needed a way to stay top of mind on social media without being boring. The solution: Norm, their actual office dog, promoted to Chief Frenchie Officer and given his own social presence.
My job is to manage Norm’s brand – capturing and repurposing content, writing in his voice, and maintaining a consistent personality that keeps the company visible.
It works because it’s genuine. Norm is real. The content is real. And people love him for it.

Sometimes the best marketing strategy is a dog in a tie.
